We warmly welcome you to Pinewood Infant School, situated in the heart of Pinewood Park in Farnborough.
Pinewood Infant School was rebuilt in 2007 to the highest specification, with the architect winning many awards for its design. The school is set amongst pine trees in beautiful grounds which include a woodland walk, a vegetable garden and large play areas.
Our fully inclusive school also provides resourced provision for children with Speech, Language and Communication Needs.
The children are enthusiastic learners and we do our very best to make their activities engaging, exciting and successful. We have a rich curriculum which is full of opportunities for the children to explore, question and acquire a love of learning which will remain with them throughout their lives.
A good start to life at school is of utmost importance. We spend time getting to know the children prior to starting school and believe in working closely with parents.
A smooth transition into Year 1 is extremely important to ensure continued progress as children move into learning the Key Stage One curriculum.
In Year 2 the children continue their learning of the Key Stage 1 curriculum and become the big fish in our small pond!
