At Pinewood Infant School, we offer a dedicated Breakfast Club service for our pupils. We are committed to providing a safe, secure, and relaxed environment where children can start their day with a healthy meal and engaging activities.
The Breakfast Club is run by our own experienced Pinewood staff, ensuring a familiar and friendly environment for the children. Our aim is to provide the “roots to grow and wings to fly” right from the start of the school day.
We offer a range of activities designed to reflect the interests of the children—from creative arts and crafts to board games and construction—allowing them to play, learn, and socialize before their lessons begin.
We provide a nutritious start to the day with a selection of:
A variety of healthy cereals
Toast with various toppings
Fresh fruit juice, milk, or water
We offer a competitive, flat-rate fee for our sessions to provide excellent value for money for our families.

Note: The cost includes breakfast and all activities.
All bookings for the Breakfast Club must be made in advance via the Arbor Parent App.
Cut-off Time: The booking system remains open until 3:00pm for next-day availability.
Availability: Please note that there is a daily maximum participant level; therefore, early booking is advisable to secure your child’s place.
Payments: Funds must be added to your Arbor account to allow bookings to be made.
We actively support eligible parents and carers using the Government Tax-Free Childcare scheme and various approved Childcare Voucher providers. If you are paying via vouchers, please contact the school office so your Arbor account can be updated to reflect this payment method.
Cancellations: Please note that cancellations cannot be made via the Arbor app. If you need to cancel a session, you must provide the school office with at least 48 hours’ notice.
School Closures: We do not charge for Bank Holidays or INSET days. Any emergency school closures (e.g., weather) will be credited to your account.
Prompt Payment: Please ensure fees are paid promptly. We reserve the right to withdraw a child’s place if fees are not paid in full by the last day of each half term.
